A little different. A lot more personal. A backpacker home on the island since around 2010 — good people, local tips from Juan, and the whole island waiting outside.

Welcome to M4·C3

Good people. Zero resort nonsense.

Blue Almond is a small, independent backpacker house in Barrio Los Almendros — Manzana 4, Casa 3, which is why the sign says M4·C3. It has been around since roughly 2010 and is run by Juan, a local who knows which boat to take, which beach to skip, and where lunch is actually good.

It’s social without being a party factory. Cook dinner with strangers, get the island briefing, borrow a surfboard, and still get a proper night’s sleep.

Blue Almond’s common room: guests on laptops and phones around a green table painted with sunflowers, under a huge turquoise wave mural with a surfer.

The clubhouse

A proper kitchen. Actual local advice. And yes, there’s coffee.

The common room is where the island plans get made — usually over free coffee in the morning and popcorn at night.

Life at Blue Almond

Come for the island.
Stay for the people.

Scooter gangs, tablecloth tricks, ukulele nights and a very serious Wi-Fi addiction. Years of real guests, all of them filed under “good times”.
